Operating rules for Hawthorne Pools
Pool Rules
• Use at your own risk.
• Owners/residents only. No guests allowed.
• Pool users are responsible for sanitation of pool furniture before and after use. Bring your own sanitizing wipes.
• Maintain CDC Social Distancing Guidelines (6 feet) in the pool, spa and pool deck.
• Pool area hours are sun-up to sun-down 7 days weekly. This means pool closed by 6:30 P.M. starting November.
• The gyms are closed for cleaning during the posted morning hours @ approximately 10:30 A.M.
• The Board of Directors reserves the right to revisit and update/change the rules if necessary.
• By using the facility, residents agree and understand that use of proper sanitization and handwashing procedures are their responsibility, and that the HOA cannot guarantee a germ or virus free environment in any of the common areas.
Gym Rules (Effective June 9, 2020):
• Use at your own risk.
• Owners/residents only. No guests allowed.
• Gyms are open 7 days x 24 hours.
• Maintain CDC social distancing guidelines (6 feet) which will help to limit the number of people using the gym equipment at the same time.
• Gym users are responsible to sanitize the equipment before and after use.
• The Gyms will be cleaned on M, W, TH, F but may be closed during cleaning.
• Users should be courteous if others are waiting to use the facility.
• At this time we ask that all cardio equipment remain where placed in both fitness rooms.
• Cleaning supplies and wipes will continue to be provided and replenished by our cleaning service. DO NOT REMOVE THEM FROM THE ROOM.

• People are responsible to sanitize the water fountain after use. Bring your own sanitizing wipes.
• The Board of Directors reserves the right to revisit and update/change the rules if necessary.

Clubhouses
• Clubhouses will remain partially closed (open for association event and activities only) until further notice in mid November 2021
